📅 Booking & Process
Q: How far in advance should we book?
A: We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak months (Oct–Dec). Our slots are limited and get snapped up fast — check availability early to secure your date.
Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: Simply reach out to us through our website contact form or WhatsApp us directly. Once we receive your request, we’ll send over the confirmation details and booking form. Your slot will be secured once we receive the deposit.
Q: Can I change my items later?
A: Yes — changes are possible but subject to availability. You can swap to other items of equal or higher value. Just let us know as early as you can.
⏱ On the Day
Q: What time will setup happen on the wedding day?
A: Setup usually starts 2–3 hours before your event, depending on venue access. We’ll coordinate timings with you closer to the day.
Q: What if I don’t get a confirmation after submitting my form?
